Questions

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Each member level has a set amount of prescribed requests per month ranging from 2 to 8 per month.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most design & strategy requests are completed in just 5 days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Who are the creative team?
All projects are executive produced by Gregory Ketant and the core team. For projects that require more power, design partners are selected through a mesh network / hot studio system.
How does the pause feature work?
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
There are absolutely no refunds.
What if I only have a single request?
For single requests, choose the G Pro Sprint subscription.
